Join us for a dynamic session where neuroscience meets coaching to unlock resilience in real time. Because the future isn't slowing down, and neither should your ability to lead through it.

In a time when change is constant and pressure is high, resilience is no longer optional, it's essential.

This 60-minute interactive session explores how coaching can be a powerful tool to navigate change with resilience, clarity, and connection—across leadership, teams, and entire organizations.

Grounded in neuroscience and real-world application, learners will discover how stress affects the body and brain, and explore how a coaching approach can be embedded throughout organizational systems to shift perspectives, strengthen resilience, and promote adaptive thinking.

This session is designed for Learning & Development professionals and leaders who want to champion a coaching culture as a strategic response to disruption and change.

Objectives:

  • Recognize the critical role of resilience in today's changing workplace
  • Discover the neuroscience of stress and its effects on the body and brain
  • Explore how a coaching approach can be embedded to navigate uncertainty and foster resilience at all levels
  • Identify opportunities to apply a coaching approach within leadership, teams, and organizational systems.
