Wholeheartedness in Uncertain Times
We are social beings whose deepest need is for love and belonging. In other words, we are all “wired for connection,” but in these uncertain times of social-distancing and stay-home orders, we have become disconnected from each other. We are all trying to cope indefinite isolation from our friends, family, neighbours and colleagues. As such, most of us are simply trying to hold it all together as best as possible. But our resources often become depleted and we find ourselves trying to draw from an empty well. It becomes harder every day for us to live with open hearts and embrace the present.
In this webinar, we will look at cultivating resilience’s and living wholeheartedly in the face of difficult circumstances. Drawing on the work of well-known researcher-storyteller Brené Brown, we will explore what means to live wholeheartedly, and how we can cultivate more of it during these uncertain times. We will:

Margaret Paul
Margaret Paul is a CTI certified Co-Active Professional Coach and a recovering perfectionist who first discovered Brené Brown’s work in 2010. She instantly connected with the truth of our shared struggle for love and belonging and saw the need in her own life to live with greater wholeheartedness. The work has become a cornerstone of her coaching practice, and after becoming a Certified Daring Way Facilitator in 2014, Margaret has shared it in workshops, as well as her one-one-one coaching.
