Looking Ahead

A more connected and valuable member experience

ICF Toronto is making a few behind-the-scenes improvements to help members find information, register for events, access resources, and stay connected with the chapter more easily.

While much of this work is happening behind the scenes, the intention is not simply to update technology. As our programs, events, and member resources continue to grow, we want our systems and member experience to grow with them.

Why We Are Doing This

✓ Clearer access: help members find what they need more easily.

Simpler registration: support event registration with clearer guidance.

More consistent communication: make chapter updates easier to follow.

Current member information: support a smoother experience over time.

✓ Stronger member value: create a better foundation for future member benefits, services, and visibility opportunities as they become available

✓ Operational efficiency: streamline chapter processes and systems to reduce manual administrative work.

What Members May Notice

As this work continues, members may notice updates in a few practical areas, such as accessing information related to their membership, registering for events, following account access steps if needed, or finding clearer information about chapter programs and resources.

If any future update requires action from members, ICF Toronto will provide clear guidance in advance.

What Makes This Possible

Over time, these improvements will help create a more connected and engaging member experience by making it easier to:

• Access chapter events and resources.

• Understand available member benefits.

• Maintain accurate membership information.

• Connect with learning, networking, and professional development opportunities.

• Explore future member services and visibility opportunities as they become available.

The longer-term vision is to create a more seamless and valuable member experience, including improved ways for members to engage with chapter programs, resources, and future visibility opportunities.

What You Need To Do Now

→ No action is required at this stage. We will share more specific guidance before any future change requires action from members.

Thank you for being part of the ICF Toronto community.

Warm regards,
