Vedic philosophy spoke of mind-body matter being energy (Isa Vasya Upanishad), defined 4 states of awareness, the highest state being one of Collective Consciousness (Mandukya Upanishad), and the observer effect on manifesting reality (many Upanishads), 5000 years ahead of Einstein, Jung, and others. The chakra principles of yoga and tantra detail how emotional energy is stored positively and negatively in our mind-body energy centres.
Mind and body were considered separate spaces till recent neurobiological research. Energy entanglement is now accepted. Within these Vedic concepts, energy states of the body-mind were described as memory storehouses of emotions and traumas, which can be observed and reframed.
The Sensory Energy Awareness process embodies the highest awareness state of mind-body to work on the energy dynamics of the individual and groups using a systemic approach to help clients observe and reframe the disempowering memories. This process uses visualisation and communication similar to Non-Violent Communication of Rosenberg and Clean Language of Grove, aligned to Coacharya's proprietary DEMO/ LASIE SET/5A coaching framework.
Neurobiology evidences that our first responders to any experience are sensory. These sensory metadata are stored and corrupted as emotions in the limbic brain and as thoughts in the prefrontal cortex. The Sensory Energy Awareness coaching process works on the sensory metadata. The coach need not know any context and content details of the client except what the client experiences within the body. The client observes and manifests reframing. Privacy and confidentiality are inbuilt. Awareness and action are immediate.
