In this 60-minute informative webinar with the co-founder of Impostor Syndrome Institute, Carolyn Herfurth, you will learn about the costs and consequences of impostor syndrome and the importance of recognizing patterns and exploring context when coaching clients on this form of needless self-doubt.

  • Identify common coping behaviors associated with impostor syndrome so you can begin to help clients notice what contributes to their patterns
  • Recognize the falsehoods (aka misdirected advice) that exacerbate and/or extend impostor feelings
  • Eliminate reliance on "trending tactics" that don't move the needle for your clients in any lasting way
