ICF Toronto Chapter Meeting

Master Coach, Karen Wright, will be our guest speaker for the ICF-Toronto Chapter meeting. Whether you are new to coaching, just exploring the field of coaching, or are an experienced coach, you will benefit from Karen sharing her insights and experience gained from her years of coaching.  

This session will touch on the A to Zs of coaching, such as:  

• The benefits and challenges of being an Associate Coach.  
  
• Automating coaching - from scheduling tools, to journaling tools, to billing tools - reducing the amount of labour expended on the handling of clients outside the actual coaching. 
  
• Going corporate - how to approach organizations, including design of programs, initial client meetings to ascertain needs, etc., and replying to RFPs.
  
• Trends in coaching - the growing use of Mindfulness Training.
