This is a fully confidential and safe space for coaches to connect, share, seek support and bring their questions. Organized and led by ICF Toronto Chapter member, Silke Henke, PCC, and co-led by Tony Masella, ACC. We will offer a topic, based on the Core Competencies each month, but are always prepared to dance in the moment!

February in Ontario can be dreary and grey, and coaches and clients may be experiencing some seasonal effects on mood. How do you mentally and emotionally prepare for your sessions? (Core Competency 2.7). Hope you can join us - together we can shine our light and “Ascend” the February blues!
